We consult on organizational creativity, from the creative climate and performance audit to the iterative implementation of generative and innovative strategies.

 

We use creative problem solving methodologies such as Design Thinking and Biomimicry to both structure AND liberate teams' co-creative potential. 

Who it's for : 

  • Teams that need to come up with new and innovative products, strategies, or solutions in a context where conventional solutions won't suffice, either because the parameters are new or changing, in a context of uncertainty and disagreement, or simply because the solution must differentiate itself from the landscape.
